📚 Story & Biography
Allah (SWT) created Adam (AS) with His own two Hands, shaped him from clay, and breathed into him from His Ruh (spirit). He was the first human being and the first Prophet. Before his creation, the angels questioned Allah, who replied: "I know what you do not know." (Quran 2:30)
Allah taught Adam the names of all things — a knowledge that angels did not possess. He was placed in Jannah (Paradise) with his wife Hawwa. Iblis (Shaytan/Satan), who refused to bow to Adam out of arrogance, led them to eat from the forbidden tree. They repented sincerely and Allah forgave them, but they were sent to Earth as part of His divine plan.
On Earth, Adam and Hawwa reunited on Mount Arafat near Makkah. One of their first tragedies was when Qabil murdered Habil — the first murder in human history. Their son Sheath (Seth) inherited prophethood after Adam.
Adam (AS) is reported to have been 60 cubits tall — a magnificent, towering figure. He was given authority over the Earth and taught all crafts and skills necessary for human survival.

📚 Story & Biography
Prophet Nuh (AS) was sent to a people who had become deeply entrenched in idol worship — their idols included Wadd, Suwa, Yaghuth, Ya'uq, and Nasr. He called them to Islam for 950 years, day and night, in public and in private, with wisdom and patience.
Despite his extraordinary patience and devotion, only about 80 people believed. The people mocked him, called him mad, and covered their ears when he spoke. His own son, Canaan, refused to board the ark and drowned in the flood, saying he would take refuge on a mountain — a heartbreaking moment for Nuh (AS).
By the command of Allah, Nuh (AS) built a massive ark. When the time came, water gushed from the earth and poured from the sky simultaneously. The flood was global and wiped out the entire disbelieving civilization. After the waters receded, the ark settled on Mount Judi.
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ described Nuh (AS) as the first of the Ulul-'Azm — the five Prophets of supreme resolve (the others being Ibrahim, Musa, Isa, and Muhammad ﷺ).

Then the nations will be asked and they will deny it. Then Nuh will be asked for his witnesses and he will say: Muhammad ﷺ and his Ummah.'"
— Sahih al-Bukhari, Hadith 7349Tomb & Grave Location

📚 Story & Biography
Ibrahim (AS) was born in a society of idol worshippers. Even as a child, he reasoned logically — first observing stars, the moon, and the sun, concluding that true God must be greater than all these transient things. His father Azar was an idol-carver. Ibrahim (AS) challenged idol worship openly and boldly.
In a remarkable act of defiance, he smashed all idols in the temple except the largest one, placing the axe in the biggest idol's "hands." When the people returned and asked who did it, he ironically said: "Ask the biggest one." His logic exposed the futility of idol worship. Enraged, the king Nimrod ordered him thrown into a massive fire. But Allah commanded the fire: "Be cool and peaceful upon Ibrahim!" — and he emerged unharmed.
He migrated to Palestine and then Egypt. With his wife Hajar and infant son Ismail, he was commanded to leave them in the barren valley of Makkah. The miraculous spring of Zamzam emerged for baby Ismail. Later, Ibrahim (AS) received the most severe test — a command to sacrifice his son Ismail. Both father and son submitted completely; at the moment of the sacrifice, Allah replaced Ismail with a ram. This is commemorated by Muslims every year during Eid al-Adha.
Ibrahim and Ismail (AS) built the Ka'bah — the first house of worship dedicated to Allah alone — and made the famous du'a for Makkah and its people. Ibrahim (AS) is so beloved that Muslims send Salawat upon him alongside the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in every prayer.

Prophet Yusuf (AS) was the most beloved son of Prophet Yaqub (AS). As a child, he dreamt of eleven stars, the sun, and the moon prostrating to him. His jealous brothers threw him into a well and deceived their father, saying he was eaten by a wolf. He was found by a caravan and sold as a slave in Egypt.
In Egypt, he was purchased by a nobleman. The nobleman's wife (Zulaykha) tried to seduce him — he ran and she grabbed his shirt from behind, tearing it. He was falsely accused and imprisoned. In prison, he correctly interpreted the dreams of two inmates. Years later, the king of Egypt had a troubling dream that no one could interpret — Yusuf (AS) was brought from prison and correctly interpreted it: 7 years of abundance followed by 7 years of drought.
Impressed, the king made Yusuf (AS) the chief administrator of Egypt's granary system. His wisdom saved Egypt and the region. When his brothers came to Egypt seeking grain, he recognized them but didn't reveal himself at first. Eventually he revealed his identity, forgave his brothers completely, and was reunited with his beloved father Yaqub (AS) — the moment Yaqub placed Yusuf's shirt on his own eyes and his sight was miraculously restored.

- Stories in: Al-Baqarah, Al-A'raf, Yunus, Hud, Ibrahim, Ta-Ha, Al-Qasas, Al-Mu'min and more
📚 Story & Biography
When Pharaoh decreed all newborn Israelite males be killed, Allah inspired Musa's mother to place him in a basket and float him on the Nile. The basket reached Pharaoh's palace where his wife Asiya — a believer in Allah — convinced Pharaoh to spare the baby. Baby Musa (AS) refused all wet nurses until his own mother was brought back to nurse him — a divine arrangement.
Musa (AS) grew up in the palace. After accidentally killing an Egyptian oppressor, he fled to Madyan where he helped two women water their flock and later married one of them. He received prophethood at the sacred valley of Tuwa where a burning bush spoke to him: "I am Allah. There is no god but Me, so worship Me."
He was sent back to Egypt with his brother Harun to confront Pharaoh. He performed 9 major miracles (plagues) including turning his staff into a serpent, the staff swallowing all of Pharaoh's magicians' snakes, locusts, frogs, blood and more. Pharaoh refused every time. The final miracle was the parting of the Red Sea — Musa struck his staff and the sea split into 12 pathways for the 12 tribes of Bani Israel. Pharaoh and his army drowned, and Allah preserved Pharaoh's body as a sign for future generations (his mummified body is believed to be in the Cairo Museum today).

📚 Story & Biography
Prophet Yunus (AS) was sent to the people of Nineveh (modern-day Iraq). They persistently rejected his message. Frustrated, he left without Allah's explicit permission to leave. He boarded a ship. When the ship was overwhelmed by a violent storm, the crew cast lots to throw someone overboard — the lot fell on Yunus three times. He was thrown into the sea and swallowed by a massive whale.
Inside the belly of the whale, in complete darkness — the darkness of the whale's belly, the darkness of the deep sea, and the darkness of night — Yunus (AS) made his famous dua. Allah accepted his repentance and commanded the whale to release him onto the shore. He emerged exhausted and ill, and Allah made a gourd plant grow over him to provide shade and healing.
When he returned to his people, an extraordinary thing happened — 100,000+ people believed in him. This is the only nation in Quranic history that believed en masse BEFORE the punishment arrived and was therefore saved. Allah spared them and allowed them to enjoy life for a long time.

Isa (AS) grew up and received prophethood. He was given the Injeel (Gospel) and sent to the Children of Israel to confirm the Torah and bring new guidance. He performed extraordinary miracles by Allah's permission — healing the blind and lepers, raising the dead, and creating a bird from clay that flew.
The enemies plotted to crucify him. But Allah raised him alive to the heavens and made a man resemble him (who was crucified in his place). He is alive in the second heaven. The Prophet ﷺ met him during Isra wal-Miraj. He will descend near Damascus in Syria before the Day of Judgment, break the cross, kill the swine, abolish the jizyah (as all will accept Islam), kill the Dajjal, and pray behind Imam Mahdi. 📚 Biography — The Most Complete Life Story
Muhammad ﷺ was born in the Year of the Elephant (~570 CE) in Makkah. His father Abdullah passed away before his birth. At age 6, his mother Aminah also passed away. He was raised by his grandfather Abdul-Muttalib, and after his death at age 8, by his uncle Abu Talib. He earned the titles "Al-Amin" (The Trustworthy) and "As-Sadiq" (The Truthful) long before prophethood.
At age 25, he married Khadijah bint Khuwaylid (RA) — a 40-year-old noble businesswoman who proposed to him. She was his greatest supporter until her death. At age 40, in Cave Hira on Mount Nur, the Angel Jibreel appeared and revealed the first verses of the Quran. This marked the beginning of prophethood.
For 13 years in Makkah, the Muslims faced severe persecution, torture, economic boycott, and expulsion. The Prophet ﷺ endured everything with patience and nobility. In the Year of Sorrow (619 CE), both Khadijah (RA) and Abu Talib passed away. Shortly after, Allah gifted him with the miraculous night journey — Al-Isra wal-Mi'raj — to Al-Quds and then through the heavens, where he met all the previous Prophets and was given the gift of 5 daily prayers for the Ummah.
In 622 CE, the Prophet ﷺ migrated to Madinah (Hijra) — a pivotal moment that marks the beginning of the Islamic calendar. In Madinah, the first mosque (Masjid Quba) was built, and an Islamic state was established. Over the next 10 years, numerous battles were fought, treaties made and broken by enemies, and ultimately Makkah was conquered in 630 CE without bloodshed — the Prophet ﷺ forgave all his enemies. He performed one Hajj — the Farewell Hajj — where over 100,000 companions heard his timeless Final Sermon. He passed away at age 63 in 632 CE in the arms of Aisha (RA).
